I’ve always been intellectually eclectic, drawn to exploring every corner of media and expression I can get my hands on. From indie games to digital media, I’m fascinated by how things are made and the people who make them. Throughout my career as a team lead and mentor, I’ve learned that the best breakthroughs don't happen in a void, they happen on a "Boba Walk."
What started as a 1:1 coffee invite evolved into a ritual: grabbing a drink, getting outside, and talking through the hurdles of creativity and production. I’ve always been more observant than talkative. As a partner once put it:

The Professional: With over 10 years of experience, I’ve built operational systems and led creative campaigns for brands like Facebook Oculus and Disney. I specialize in bringing order to creative chaos and empowering teams to do their best work without the burnout.

The Nerd: When I’m not organizing a pipeline, I’m probably losing sleep over a "spoopy" horror game, recharging with a cozy indie title, or rewatching Ted Lasso (again). I do this work because I love the culture. My goal is always the same: give creative teams the support they need to build new worlds and tell stories that matter.
